1. Who we are

This website (mindthebrainparenting.com) and The Neuropositive Parenting Course (the "Course") are operated by:

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Atipikus Nevelés Kft. "You" means the person who buys or uses the Course.

2. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and payment-related customer service and refunds. When you buy, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. The Course

  • The Course is an online video course for parents of neurodivergent children, delivered in English.
  • It has eight modules with more than 10 hours of video. Modules I–IV are available immediately after purchase. The remaining modules are released about every two weeks until the Course is complete.
  • Founding members may be asked for feedback, which can shape the content of the later modules.
  • The Course is educational. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice, and it does not replace a diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional.

4. Price and payment

  • The founding-member price is USD 97, paid once. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
  • The founding-member offer is limited to 50 buyers. The price for later buyers may be higher.
  • Payment is processed by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

5. Access

  • After payment you receive access to the Course platform by email.
  • "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the Course online. If we ever stop offering it, we will give you at least 60 days' notice to watch the material.
  • Your access is personal. You may not share your login, or copy, download, record, resell or publicly show the Course materials.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. The details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All Course content (videos, texts, worksheets, graphics) belongs to Atipikus Nevelés Kft. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Buying the Course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes.

8. Liability

We prepare the Course with care, but every child and family is different, and we cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Course. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to the Course and to these Terms

We may update or improve Course content. We may change these Terms for future purchases; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Complaints and disputes

  • Please contact us first at [email protected]. We reply within 15 working days.
  • If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, bekeltet.bkik.hu) or to the consumer authority or courts of your country of residence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
