14-day money-back guarantee

If The Neuropositive Parenting Course is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason, and it does not matter how much of the Course you have watched.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, with the email address you used at checkout (and your order number, if you have it); or
2. Contact Paddle, our reseller, directly at paddle.net, using the details in your receipt email.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders, to the original payment method. The money usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once the refund is issued, your access to the Course ends.

After 14 days

Purchases are not refundable after the 14-day period, except where applicable law requires a refund, for example if the Course is not delivered as described.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right can end once access starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our 14-day guarantee above is more generous: it applies even after you have started watching.
